Fixora Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

Fixora is a professional-facing job and client management platform designed for tradespeople and service professionals. The Service may include features such as:

• Job and visit tracking
• Client and contact management
• Estimates, invoices, and records (non-payment processing)
• Notes, scheduling, and internal workflow tools

Fixora is not a marketplace and does not provide homeowner-facing functionality. We do not match homeowners with professionals, and we do not represent or act on behalf of any homeowner or client.

2. Eligibility

To use Fixora, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the Service for professional or business purposes
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You are solely responsible for any data, content, or information you enter into the Service.

4. Professional Responsibility Disclaimer

Fixora provides software tools only.

• We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any professional services
• We do not verify licenses, qualifications, insurance, or compliance of professionals
• We do not intervene in disputes between professionals and their clients

You are solely responsible for:

• Your services
• Your pricing
• Your communications
• Your compliance with applicable laws, licensing, tax, and insurance requirements

5. No Payment Processing

Fixora does not process payments or hold funds on behalf of users.

Any invoices, payment records, or financial data entered into the Service are for tracking purposes only. All payment arrangements occur outside of Fixora between you and your clients.

6. Free Service & Future Changes

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

Fixora reserves the right to:

• Modify, limit, or discontinue features
• Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future

Any material changes related to pricing will be communicated in advance.

7. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service ("User Content").

By using Fixora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use and store such data
• Your use complies with privacy and data protection laws applicable in Canada

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload false, misleading, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 CAD.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

If changes are material, we will notify users through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Fixora after changes constitutes acceptance.
